Sports have the power of uniting people and helping them overcome their differences, Alessandro Cochi, Mayor of Rome's Delegate for Sports has said.
During the Olympics, for instance, people from all the five continents put aside their differences and come together in a brotherly manner to support their athletes, Mr. Cochi said.
