Akosua Adu Biney launches new book and magazine in Brescia

The Ghanaian born Akosua Adu Biney also known as Rev. Dayana has launched a new book and magazine for Ghanaians in Italy.

Rev. Dayana’s religious book titled “Your Destiny Maker” underscores God’s readiness and willingness to help all fulfil their objectives in life regardless of their human abilities and qualifications.

“The exceptional nuggets of wisdom within this book will give you a startling sense of God speaking directly to you,” Rev. Dayana writes on the cover. “The vibrant energy and veritable gems of truth will stop you where you are, spur you to reassess your life, and stimulate you to strive toward the higher calling that God has for you.”

She adds: “The powerful mystery exposed within will make your calling sure; and when the time comes, you will stand boldly before the Lord with your head lifted high to receive your crown as a good and faithful servant.”

Rev. Dayana who is also the Editor-in-chief of the new magazine, “Ghana-Italy News Network”, is a gospel artist, TV presenter and one of the most inspiring Africans in Italy.

The ceremony to launch the book and magazine was held in Brescia on 25th February 2012.

It was attended by Ghanaian celebrities, Reverend Ministers, top business people and ordinary Ghanaians.

Special guests included Dr. Francesco Monici, Ghana’s Honorary Consul, Dr. Anna Ghandolfi, Councillor for Equal Opportunities, Province of Brescia and Engineer George Henry, the first Ghanaian factory owner in Italy.

Several religious ministers also graced the occasion including Pastor Ann Zell of the Methodist Church (Valdese Church), Brescia; Pastor Alex of the HolyWay Church, Brescia; Pastor Tetteh from the Voice of Grace Church, Bergamo; Pastor Israel from the Assemblies of God, Bergamo; Mrs. Duku Amoah; Minister Thomas Andrews; Evangelist Temitope Cristo; Minister Cynthia Ukatung, and Mrs. Evelyn Andrews, CEO of the Trinity Bookshop.

Pastor Ann conducted the opening prayer before leaving stage to Pastor Nana Biney, who co-hosted the event. Pastor Nana is the husband of Rev. Dayana.

In his speech, the Patron and chairman for the occasion, Mr. George Henry congratulated and thanked Rev. Dayana for the new book and magazine.

He encouraged Ghanaians to support similar initiatives and to be business oriented.

Dr. Monici promised to support and advice Ghanaians in Italy in their business ventures.

Pastor Alex led the other ministers present in consecrating the new book and magazine before the author, Rev. Dayana Adu, was invited to cut the ribbon and the cake.
