"We need each other to solve common problems"

Mr. Mwangi, what are the objectives of Wakenya Group?
Wakenya Group will seek to bring Kenyans and their friends in Italy together as a bigger family for their common good. It will promote a positive image of Kenya by organising cultural and social activities which help Italians have a better understanding of the country and investment opportunities. It will also initiate income generating projects which will be beneficial to the members and their dependants, especially those back home. Wakenya Group will also seek to participate in poverty reduction programs back home, by initiating relevant projects.
Why is it important for Kenyans to join it?
Today’s world is full of challenges which no one can think of facing alone. If people living in their motherlands create groups to enable them face and overcome the unavoidable difficulties resulting from the modern ways of life, then, it is even more important for those living far away from home to come together and face as an entity challenges that are for sure going to come their way. This is why we are not simply recommending Wakenya Group to all Kenyans in Italy, but we are strongly appealing with them to join it. We recommend registration with Wakenya Group to all Kenyans in Italy. We need each other to solve common problems.
Who can join the group?
All Kenyans from whichever part of Italy may join Wakenya Group. The group is also open to all people who feel some love towards Kenyans and Kenya as a country.
