The government has not yet indicated the procedure for submitting applications for regularization of illegal immigrant workers in Italy.
In the measure introducing regularization of illegal immigrant workers, it is stated that a new Decree will be issued clarifying the procedure to be followed. As soon as it is published we will inform you.
We, however, believe the applications will be submitted online, by logging on to the website of Ministry of Home Affairs and accessing a special section to be created for regularization of illegal immigrant workers.
The above procedure was used during the last regularization exercise in 2009, and we suspect it will be used again this time.
