Question: Hi! On 27th September 2011 I checked online the status of my application for authorisation to work (nulla osta) and it was indicated that the authorisation to work was ready. It was also appearing that I have an appointment at the Immigrations Office in Rome on 10th October.  I’m worried because I’ve not yet received the letter summoning me to go and collect the authorisation to work. What can I do? Thanks.

Answer: You should not worry about this. If you don’t receive the letter by 10th October, please print the page indicating that your authorisation to work is ready, go to the Immigrations Office with your documents and you’ll collect it.
