Question: I was given a Permit of Stay for medical treatment (Permesso per cure mediche) while I was pregnant. My boss is ready to apply for my regularisation. Will my application be accepted? Thanks.
Answer: Your employer can only apply for your regularisation if your Permit of Stay for medical treatment has expired. In case it is still valid, you can’t apply to be regularised.
