My 2009 application for regularisation rejected. Can I apply again?

Question: I applied for regularisation as a domestic worker in 2009. Unfortunately my application was rejected because my employer didn’t have sufficient income. If I apply again this time, will my application be accepted?

Answer: You can apply again this time to be regularised. Your application can’t be rejected simply because your employer last time didn’t have sufficient income. You should in any case ensure that your employer has sufficient income this time. Remind your employer to prepare in advance all documents proving they have sufficient income.
