Question: When I applied to be regularised in 2009, I spent more than 2,000 Euros between taxes, social security contributions and application fee. At the end of it all my application was rejected because my employer didn’t submit the required documents. I’d like to apply again, and was wondering if the money I spent last time will be taken into consideration.

Question: I came to Italy in November 2011 and applied for asylum. My application was rejected and the Asylum Commission gave me time to appeal their decision but I didn’t appeal. Some days later the police gave me an expulsion order to leave Italy by 26th July 2012. Can I apply to be regularised?
