Employers who paid the application fee of 1000 Euros but failed to submit applications to regularise their workers will submit their applications from 10th December 2012 to 31st January 2013.
In order prepare and submit their applications, they’ll have to log on to https://nullaostalavoro.interno.it without need of registration.
Employers applying to regularise their illegal immigrant workers in Italy can do so until 15th October 2012. No applications will be accepted after that date.
The applications must be submitted online by the employer. To apply, the employer must log on to the website of Ministry of Home Affairs at www.interno.gov.it.
There is a special section reserved for those applying to regularise their workers.
Only immigrants who have been living in Italy uninterruptedly since 31st December 2011 are eligible for regularisation.
Ministry of Home Affairs has prepared guides on how to fill in the forms for regularization of illegal immigrant workers.
An employer who wants to regularise an illegal immigrant worker must prove that they have an annual income that’s not lower than 30,000 Euros.
