Regularisation - How to submit applications

Employers who paid the application fee of 1000 Euros but failed to submit applications to regularise their workers will submit their applications from 10th December 2012 to 31st January 2013.

In order prepare and submit their applications, they’ll have to log on to https://nullaostalavoro.interno.it without need of registration.

Everything you need to know about regularisation of workers in Italy

Employers applying to regularise their illegal immigrant workers in Italy can do so until 15th October 2012. No applications will be accepted after that date.

The applications must be submitted online by the employer. To apply, the employer must log on to the website of Ministry of Home Affairs at www.interno.gov.it.

There is a special section reserved for those applying to regularise their workers.
